Richmond, Virginia Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rob Wagner brings 38 years of legal experience to his practice. He was the supervising attorney for the Federal Public Defender's Office in Richmond, Virginia from 2001 to 2021, and was in private practice from 1991 to 2001. He was an Assistant Attorney General in Richmond and an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Arlington, Virginia before he entered private practice. 

Mr. Wagner focuses his practice on the defense of people charged with crimes in federal and state courts, and with post-conviction and appellate relief. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has argued a case before the United States Supreme Court.
